Mobile Cheque Deposit

Publish a list of instructions in a poster for newcomers who have never e-deposited a cheque before. Include a relevant picture.

Mobile Cheque Deposit means that newcomers can deposit cheque by a mobile device. For example, you have an account in RBC Bank and you want to deposit cheque. First, you should download an App of "RBC Mobile" on your cellphone, then sign into RBC Mobile and select “Deposit Cheque”. Second take a picture of the front and back cheque. Third select the account. Fourth Input the amount of the fund, select "Deposit Now" to finish the process. Fifth Closing for 5 business day 

Step1

Sign into RBC Mobile and select “Deposit Cheque”.

Step2

According to the instruction of the APP, take a picture of the front and back cheque.

Step3

Then select the account we would like to deposit the cheque into.

Step4

Input the amount of the fund, select "Deposit Now" to finish the process.

Step5

We have to hold the cheque for 5 business day before destroying it to allow it clear.
